Our Portable Dot Matrix Marking Systems, which are preferred for around a fixed station and/or around-site marking needs, are the systems designed to mark permanent and variable content on steel and similar hard parts. Our multi language supported user interface is a very simple and operator friendly. Operator can create an object with a few simple click on the screen. For the created alpha numeric characters or vector shapes, it is leaved a mark by making a serial dot strokes on the part with a conically sharpened carbide tool.

Marking depth; It is evaluated according to aesthetic expectations and post-paint operations. If sand blasting and thick painting or dip galvanization will take place after the marking operation, the marking process is carried out as deep as possible with our special carbide marking tools. Under current conditions, our pin marking systems can provide the deepest marking till 1mm into medium alloy steel materials. If marking is desired superficially, the characters in 0.1mm depth and 0.5mm height that can be read with the naked eye can be marked.

Our two main models PP64 and PP124 which has the marking area 60mmx40mm and 120mmx40mm, have different and heavy duty marking pin options according to target need including mobil and ergonomic transportation trolley option.
